General Questions

Who can attend OC2025?

Oceania Convention 2025 is open for anyone to attend, it’s designed for people to worship and encounter God, equip the church and empower leaders to mentor and multiply.

What is the conference schedule?

Oceania Convention is a four-day conference that ends with a Hope Church Brisbane service on Sunday. The conference starts on Thursday 10 July 7pm and ends on Sunday 12:00pm.

Is there an online conference option for OC2025?

Unfortunately no, there is only in-person option for this conference. We welcome you to join us in-person at Brisbane to fellowship and gather with our Hope family!

Is there a kids conference?

Yes there is! We are thrilled to have the Clancys joining us this year too! Please check out the kids conference program details here – https://www.hopechurchconference.com.au/kidz/.

Is there financial assistance for those that cannot afford to pay?

If you are unable to afford the cost of the ticket for the conference, we don’t want you to miss out! Please speak to either your life group leader, centre coordinator, pastor or email us at conference@hope-church.com.au – we will do what we can to assist.

How do I register for the conference?

What does the conference fee cover?

There are several registration categories that provide different access to the conference, you can find the details here.

Full access for adult and youth registration includes:

All main sessions in-person at Unidus Community Centre
Post-conference recordings for main sessions
Friday and Saturday meals (2 dinner, 1 lunch, 1 coffee or bubble tea)

Kids Conference includes:

Main sessions with Brendon and Cathie Clancy
Friday and Saturday meals (2 dinner, 1 lunch)

Is there a part-time registration?

We believe people will get the most out of the conference by being part of the whole weekend, hence there won’t be part-time registration available for OC2025. However, if you wish to only attend one session, $50 single session ticket is available.

Can I refund or transfer my registration to another person?

Tickets purchased for OC2025 are non-refundable. We thank you in advance for not asking for exceptions. Tickets are transferable to another individual at any time, please email conference@hope-church.com.au if you wish to do so.

Travel

What is the best way to travel to the conference venue (unidus)?

We would recommend traveling to Unidus by car. If you’re coming from interstate, we recommend renting a car, or don’t be shy to contact someone from Hope Brisbane to ask for a ride!

Is billeting available for those travelling interstate?

Yes! if you are travelling interstate to attend OC2025 and would like to stay with a member of Hope Brisbane, please fill out a form here – https://hope-church.churchcenter.com/people/forms/887773 by 1 April and we will endeavour to find you a Hope host.
